One of the wildest things is how plant based eating is still seen as fringe. Even though almost every long term study shows its benefits. Lower inflammation. Healthier arteries. More stable weight. Better digestion. Stronger longevity markers.
And still, people act like it is some cult. They say it is restrictive. They say it is unnatural. They say humans are meant to eat flesh because our ancestors did.
But that is not science. That is marketing. That is cultural habit. That is nostalgia.
We are addicted to meat and dairy not because they are necessary, but because they are normalized. Like dessert after every meal. Like endless snacks. Like having cheese in everything.
We are indoctrinated. From school lunches to sports culture to food commercials. And every time we challenge it, we get laughed off as soft or extreme. But take a look around. Chronic disease is through the roof. Obesity, diabetes, heart issues, gut dysfunction. And yet we are still debating whether greens can replace meat.
