A Medium Success Story

A Medium Success Story

quotesI’m a hardworking person with good intentions. I’ve spent most of my life in retail, building businesses that connect deeply with my personal journey in recovery. I’m a lifelong learner, largely self taught and driven by curiosity. I research, experiment, and grow through hands on experience. I’ve always been an athlete, pushing myself in both sports and business. By my own measure, I’ve done well, and I feel energized by this next chapter.

My time at Juice Press was an incredible experience. I spent nine years building something meaningful and left on great terms. Afterward, I gave myself the space to explore. Walking the streets of New York every day and riding the L train from Williamsburg, I rediscovered the city, its rhythms, and the lessons that have always guided me: stay organized, stay humble, and never compromise your integrity.

This time around, the food and juice I create feel sacred to me. I believe in serving products that I personally consume, made with intention and care. My goal is to help people reconnect with how they eat and rediscover what real nourishment means. For more than thirty years, I’ve experimented with different diets on myself. My career has always centered on health and wellness in the food and beverage world.

I write because it gives me purpose. After more than a decade of developing book projects, I’m finally seeing them take shape. Earlier in my life I wrote within the skydiving community about safety and health, and when I moved into the world of food and juice, a new voice began to emerge. That journey continues.

I’m always learning. I read, listen, observe, and refine my views. Science is complex and constantly evolving, but I enjoy being part of the conversation. At the same time, teachings that have stood the test of time, like those of Buddha and the Yoga Sutras, continue to inspire me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my work. I’m grateful to share it with you.
