Holistic Nutrition and Well-being

It's important for people to understand that there are subtleties in nutrition that scientists don’t figure out because they don’t practice all the different types of diets on themselves, carefully recording moment-by-moment sensations and experiences. Even then, there isn’t scientific value in studying a single patient or oneself. You have to have experience helping people go through similar processes, considering all the sensations, including shifts in mindset and emotions. The problem with nutrition is that it often excludes the chemistry of emotions and mindset. If a person is negative, it doesn’t matter what they eat; their chemistry will be out of balance. When a person can’t elevate their consciousness, they can eat 10 pounds of vegetables and no meat, but it won’t be effective because their body will be retaining and dumping toxins. Everything gets out of balance.

The best way a person can mitigate dietary mistakes is to exercise a lot—burn it out, get it out, breathe it out, sweat it out. But of course, the consequence of this is exhaustion. There is an easier way to purify and maintain the body: breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, learning great knowledge, sitting in the forest, sitting in the jungle, sitting in an open field, sitting by the ocean, and breathing deeply. Don’t resist all the crazy thoughts; just observe them and slowly learn to let them pass. I blow my thoughts away when they rise in my mind. I see them like storm clouds. Sometimes they’re just tornadoes, and I get sucked right into them. Boy, do I suffer with them, but I keep breathing. I look forward to putting my head on the pillow, getting a good night’s rest, and starting over in the morning with deep breaths and trying to visualize positive things, to remember positive milestones.

We have consciousness; we have everything. We have life. We have it all. Life is fast. It seems really slow when we’re young, but life moves quickly. We are here for an instant. The summary of our lives will be all the objects that we accumulate; the sum of our lives will be all of those people that we affected positively. The positivity will carry on long after we’re dead.
