Weight loss, relaxation, anti-inflammation, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, protein, carbohydrates, dietary fat, lower cholesterol, relief from bloating, anti-aging benefits, glowing skin, healthy hair and nails, recovery, electrolytes, a natural connection to nature, non-harm and compassion, energy, focus, vitality, enhanced sexuality, creativity—these are the benefits of a proper diet.

Why are some people skeptical of a clean diet? It's because we don't instinctively understand our diet; we learn from ancestors, parents, communities, and now corporations that often sell us unhealthy products. Society has conditioned us to prize animal protein as the cornerstone of the Western diet, which is a fundamental mistake. The true prize is fresh, raw fruit, rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and clean carbohydrates. While protein and dietary fat are essential, they are secondary to carbohydrates. Yes, there are bad carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, but the key is simplicity: eating the right foods aligns our body and mind.

When we consume unhealthy foods, our body's chemistry becomes unbalanced, affecting our mental and physical states. There is nothing mystical about this—it’s straightforward. Consuming pure, nourishing food keeps the body and mind in harmony. I'm not preaching; I'm sharing wisdom imparted to me by greats like Fred Bisci and through my own experience. My goal is to help you understand the right diet so that you become a loyal customer, appreciating delicious, fresh, and nutritious offerings.
