Yoga: Philosophy and Methodology
Yoga is both a philosophy and a methodology. It is a brilliant and elaborate technological system designed to help a person relax their mind from distracting, obsessive, and painful thoughts. If a person develops the practice of being able to do this, they will gain enough mind control to examine their internal problems, whether they are thought processes or emotional issues, and then unravel them and hopefully improve. Yoga teaches the philosophy that one needs to breathe deeply and connect with the breath, and it provides the methodology on how to do this, which is why it is so powerful.
