Spooky Action at a Distance & Quantum Entanglement

Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon in quantum physics where two or more particles become linked in such a way that the state of one instantly influences the state of the other—no matter how far apart they are. This connection happens faster than the speed of light, which baffled even Einstein, who famously called it “spooky action at a distance.”

In an entangled state, measuring one particle immediately affects the other, as if they’re communicating instantly across space. This defies classical ideas of cause and effect, suggesting a deep interconnectedness in the universe. While it’s well-proven in experiments, scientists still debate what it means and how it works. It's the heart of quantum weirdness—and possibly the key to futuristic tech like quantum computing and teleportation.
