Through my yoga practice, I've come to understand that it can be a powerful healing tool when approached with the right intention.
It goes beyond relaxation and physical benefits, becoming a means to study my own psychology.
Sometimes, I need the accountability and motivation of a class setting, while other times, I find joy in the freedom of movement and gratitude for my capabilities.
As I've gotten older, I've learned to let go of material possessions and live more humbly. I value practicality and find satisfaction in simple pleasures. I no longer feel the need to show off or compete with others.
Instead, I prioritize my well-being and safety, choosing not to engage in risky behaviors. I embrace the power of saying no and focus on living my life with compassion and without regrets.
