Breathe, Reflect, Act Compassionately

Breathe, Reflect, Act Compassionately

Some of us have developed brain patterns that distract us from true reality (the now), fleeing from anxiety, stress, deeply rooted fears, and even PTSD.

I am certain that many people worldwide are experiencing deep levels of anxiety, evident in the collective symptoms of dis-ease we observe. Symptom one: we are violent, we pollute the planet, and we allow the perversion of the natural world through our consumer choices.

This is not a negative viewpoint on humanity and the current state of the world. It is an observation made to create awareness in those I may affect, encouraging them to think about their actions and what they are part of. Push yourself hard to change.

Meditate on compassion. Stay out of the darkness. Focus on the world and not just yourself. Give the world your attention for 30 minutes.
