Here's a recipe for a delicious and nutritious green vegan smoothie with no refined ingredients. This recipe makes approximately 16 ounces:

- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon natural nut butter (such as almond or cashew)
- 1-2 dates (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

1. Add the spinach leaves, banana, almond milk, cucumber, celery, frozen mango chunks, chia seeds, hemp seeds, nut butter, and dates (if using) to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.

3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more dates if desired. You can also add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

4. Garnish with rolled oat flakes.

4. Once you're satisfied with the taste and consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass or a portable container.

5. Enjoy your refreshing green vegan smoothie immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later. Give it a good stir before drinking if it separates slightly.

Feel free to customize the smoothie by adding other greens like kale or Swiss chard, and incorporating your favorite fruits or superfood additions like flaxseeds or spirulina. Cheers to a healthy and nourishing green smoothie!
