Healthy Juice Recipe: "Vitality Blend"

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Garlic Powder
1/2 ounce Ginger Turmeric Powder
1/2 ounce Black Pepper
1/2 ounce Kale (chopped)
1/2 ounce Celery (chopped)
1/2 ounce Grapefruit (peeled and segmented)
1/2 ounce Apple (cored and chopped)
1/2 ounce Lemon (juiced)
1/2 ounce Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
1/2 ounce Carrot (peeled and chopped)
1/2 ounce Beets (peeled and chopped)
1/2 ounce Cilantro (fresh)
1/2 ounce Pear (cored and chopped)
1/2 ounce Dragon Fruit (peeled and chopped)
1/2 ounce Parsley (fresh)
1/2 ounce Cucumber (chopped)
1/2 ounce Rhubarb (chopped)
1/2 ounce Pineapple (peeled and chopped)
1/2 ounce Dandelion Greens (fresh)
1/2 ounce Ginseng Powder
1/2 ounce Onion Powder

Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop all fresh produce as necessary. Measure out powders and fresh items.
Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add water or coconut water to help with blending.
Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
