I can see how a person could find this to be esoteric nonsense. If I was reading this the first time, I would say this guy has a messiah complex, and he heard some guy on YouTube, talking about breathing exercises, and now he found a more clever way to regurgitate it into his own language. And I would say that that's partly true, that's how a lot of knowledge gets passed around in the collective consciousness of humanity.

People copy each other, everyone copies everyone all the time, and we do it really fast and we’re very precise at it, and we do it for survival. And sometimes the things that we copy are garbage, and sometimes it’s really good. Someone taught me breathing when I was 15 without me knowing the word meditation. I had no concept of what these things truly meant until many years later. And I still can tell you that I have no concept of what they mean in their entirety, but I can tell you what they do for me, and I can tell you how I choose to use them, and then you could make your own program. You don’t have to follow me; the best way to explain the benefits of these deep breathing exercises is to first understand how your physiology works.

Just understand your chemistry and simply understand your anatomy and then go into the biology of everything. Once you understand all those things, you’ll have a little bit more knowledge about how the breath works. What we do know for sure is that for tens of thousands of years, breathing exercises have always been a part of humanity's survival tools for coping with life and opening the door to deeper parts of their minds.

The primary fuel for the entire body is oxygen. Oxygen gets to your blood and then is sent to your brain. Therefore, oxygen is the primary nutrient to ensure the brain functions throughout the day. I aim to condense a lot of information into simple terms for newcomers to breathing and meditation.
