I highly recommend the Breath App developed by the renowned yogi Eddie Stern. This app, available in the app store, is incredibly simple and effective. Its straightforward design allows for a seamless user experience.
Personally, I find this app indispensable whenever I struggle to focus on my own, which happens about once a day. It has become a regular companion during my train journeys, proving to be very helpful in maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation.
There's also about 10,000 breathing apps in the App stores, so just download one that you like. Eddie's app is simple and it works. Plus he is a great yoga teacher in New York.
