Balance and Breath Awareness

One valuable lesson I gained from practicing hot yoga was understanding the contrast between action and stillness. This newfound awareness allowed me to recognize the balance between tension and stretching, strength and rest.

Moreover, I discovered that staying connected with my breath throughout the day is essential for improving the quality of life and releasing stress. As I applied this principle to my daily life, I realized that fidgeting and wasting time and energy were manifestations of nervousness and stress. By consciously stopping these fidgets, I conserved energy and increased my focus.

This experience led me to reflect on other "life fidgets" such as stalling, time wasting, and distracted behavior, all stemming from anxiety and immaturity. I am now actively working to outgrow these wasteful behaviors, even though it might be a challenging journey, I am determined to give it my best effort.
