In the short span of 100 years that I have the privilege of being alive, I hope that my words resonate with someone else. Living solely for oneself can lead to a sense of loneliness and depression. In this self-centered state, forming meaningful relationships becomes challenging, hindering the ability to truly connect with the interconnected world.
During the early stages of life, there is a tendency to rush towards the next destination. Advising a young person to simply slow down may not be effective, as they may not comprehend the reasons behind it. Instead, encourage them to meditate, to speak up, and to become aware of the pace at which they are moving through time. Help them realize the importance of observing the small details in their lives; for in those details lie the richness of experience. Every detail is a precious memory in the tapestry of reality, and by paying attention, they avoid missing out on the beauty that surrounds them.
