Rosey Cacao Female Libido Tonic*

Capture hearts with our recipe for a Rose Cacao Libido Tonic. This delicious beverage brings together the power of our Female Libido™ formula, along with aromatics like Vanilla, Rose, Cardamom, and Cacao.*

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice

Pinch of Cardamom powder

1/8 tsp Vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp dried food-grade Rose petals (plus a little extra for garnish)

1 tbsp Cacao powder

1 tbsp Coconut cream

1 tsp Maple syrup

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Female Libido™ liquid herbal extract†

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over low until liquid is hot (but not boiling).
  2. Add Cardamom, Vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Turn off heat, add Rose petals, then immediately cover with a lid. Allow the mixture to infuse for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a blender.
  5. Add Cacao powder, Coconut cream, and Maple syrup to the blender then blend until frothy.
  6. Pour mixture into a heat safe mug then stir in 1 serving of Female Libido liquid herbal extract.
  7. Sprinkle extra dried Rose petals on top as a garnish.
  8. Sip and enjoy!

Help send your kiddo off to sweet fairy dreamland with this warm bedtime milk. Featuring our Kids Fast Asleep™ compound, this mildly sweet Cinnamon milk can be enjoyed by both children and adults.*

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup milk of your choice

1-2 drops Vanilla extract

1 pinch Cinnamon, ground

1 serving Herb Pharm Kids Fast Asleep™ liquid herbal extract:

  • 25-49 pounds: 5 drops
  • 50-74 pounds: 10 drops
  • 75-99 pounds: 15 drops
  • 100+ pounds: 20 drops
  • Caution: Consult a physician for use with children younger than 1 year old.

Optional: 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and honey (if using) to a small saucepan and heat on low until it’s warm (not hot).
  2. Pour warmed liquid into a mug and add 1 serving of Kids Fast Asleep (based on the weight of your child – see guidelines above and on product label).
  3. Use a handheld milk frother to mix the liquid until slightly frothy.
