Cayenne pepper is often used to enhance circulation, but it’s actually an irritant. A simpler and more effective alternative is using raw salt and lemon water. Here’s how:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with clean water. Your body will naturally work to expel the salt, which can be beneficial and won't harm you.
- You can also add fresh peppermint for flavor. Note that dried peppermint is more concentrated because it has been dehydrated.
Cayenne is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels, but this can sometimes exacerbate existing problems. Instead of cayenne, consider using Yerba Mate. Use 1/2 teaspoon of dried Yerba Mate, steep it in clean water (doesn’t have to be distilled), and filter out the leaves.
Alternatively, you can mix high-quality raw ground salt, lemon juice, and honey with water for a refreshing and beneficial drink.
Remember, the human body is not a multiple-choice game. Simplicity often yields the best results.
